With two full days of touring and guaranteed daily departures, our 2-day Petra and Wadi Rum tour offers excellent value and unforgettable memories.

Departing in the early morning from Tel Aviv, travel south towards Eilat and cross the border into Jordan via the Arava border. Once in Jordan, have time to visit the port city of Aqaba overlooking the Red Sea, with time to enjoy coffee and take in the Jordanian city surrounded by both mountains and desert. From Aqaba, travel towards Wadi Rum to check into your overnight accommodation in an authentic style Bedouin campsite. In the afternoon, when the sun is cooler enjoy a scenic Jeep safari ride throughout the picturesque desert landscape of Wadi Rum and later indulge in a traditional Bedouin-style dinner and a memorable evening in the Wadi Rum camp. The next morning, as the sun rises over the stunning desert, eat breakfast before traveling to the lost city of Petra. Once in Petra, begin the guided tour portion with an English speaking guide visiting highlights like the Petra Treasury, later have time to explore on your own, with time to hike to the Petra Monastery. With free time, find hidden gems, revisit other sites and take in the vast history housed in this site once inhabited by the Nabateans. After a day of sightseeing and exploration, travel south, returning to Israel and crossing the border in Eilat before traveling back to Tel Aviv. Return to Tel Aviv with the memories and new experiences from this comprehensive Petra and Wadi Rum tour that will not be easily forgotten.

Until February 28th, 2026 our Petra Wadi Rum 2 Day Tour from Tel Aviv will be operated via public transportation from Tel Aviv. Starting in March 2026, this tour, along with our Petra tours from Jerusalem, will be available.
